Domestic Shipping

Returns
At Garden of Eve, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their needs and expectations. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and products can arrive damaged. Therefore, we have created a refund policy for damaged Garden of Eve products to ensure our customers' satisfaction.
If you receive a Garden of Eve product that is damaged, please take a picture of the product's condition and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will investigate the issue and determine the best course of action, which may include either replacing the damaged product or providing a full refund.
14 Days to Return
To qualify for a replacement or full refund, the damaged product must be returned to us within 14 days of its delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, and all tags and labels must be intact. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged products.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a Garden of Eve product that is past its expiration date or is significantly different from the product you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and determine the best course of action, which may include either replacing the product or providing a full refund.
